NO2 And Creatine Stack Like Legal Steroids

NO2 (nitric oxide) has been shown to powerfully amplify the muscle building properties of creatine monohydrate! In most persons the solid muscular weight gain realized from stacking creatine and no2 is about 2 times the gain with creatine alone! Almost like being on some kind of legal steroids! 30 pounds of solid muscle and great strength gains in about 2 months! It seems that the no2 increases the amount of creatine that the muscle cells are able to absorb and store.

Creatine HSC From AST

AST Sports Science Creatine HSC

I prefer Creatine HSC (Hyper Saturation Creatine) from AST Sports Science for several reasons. Firstly and most important, the gains achieved will continue several weeks or months beyond the gains from just plain creatine alone.

If you have used creatine, probably after about 4 weeks the incredible gains stop coming. No matter how much you take nothing happens. The ingredients contained in AST Creatine HSC make continued gains possible almost indefinitely!

Among these ingredients are dextrorotary glucose crystals which are highly glycemic carbs. This will give you a quick and rather high insulin rise which is absolutely necessary to get the creatine into the muscle cells. The higher the insulin levels, the more creatine driven into the muscles!

Another ingredient is sodium-potassium phosphates. Taking advantage of the creatine-sodium cell wall gradient, creatine hitches a ride into the cells on a sodium ion. This equals more creatine into the cells.

The final ingredient is the amino acid taurine. Along with the phosphates taurine increases the cell hydration activity of creatine which translates to more size in the muscle cells!

Creatine Information

Creatine Information

Creatine has two major benefits for bodybuilders, weightlifters, and athletes. First is solid muscular weight gain that comes easily and quickly. Secondly, there is a corresponding quick and easy gain in strength.

The solid weight gain associated with creatine intake is from a process called cell volumization. Creatine causes muscle cells to take in and maintain extra water. Most users report an initial muscular weight gain of about 10 to 12 pounds during the first two to three weeks of creatine usage. While this weight gain will slow down and stop at the end of this period, cycling creatine will keep gains coming month after month.

What does an overall bodyweight gain of 10 to 12 pounds of muscle resulting from creatine usage mean as far as measurements are concerned? This will be about a 1 inch increase in arm size, 1 to 2 inches in the chest, and about an inch and a quarter in the thighs! Great gains for less than a month of bodybuilding!

The gains in strength associated with creatine intake come from increased ATP production in the muscle cells. During the 2 to 3 weeks of weight gain a bodybuilder can expect to add around 30 to 40 pounds to their bench press maximum effort! Again, this increase in strength will level off and cease and cycling creatine intake seems to be the answer to keeping the strength gains coming.

Two less important benefits of creatine intake are quick recovery from hard workouts and accelerated fat metabolism.

Much of the quick recovery comes from the highly glycemic carbs which are taken with creatine to raise the insulin levels in the bloodstream. Insulin drives creatine and other muscle building nutrients into the muscle cells. Logically, the greater the insulin level that can be attained, the more creatine and other nutrients such as amino acids that can be driven into the cells. Quicker recovery times result.

The final benefit mentioned above associated with creatine intake is an increase in fat metabolism. Although the mechanism is not clearly known, it appears that ATP helps the body burn fat. The higher level than normal in ATP production due to creatine intake results in higher levels of fat metabolism.

More later on side effects of creatine intake. Are there any, and are they to be taken seriously?

Creatine has become the most widely used bodybuilding supplement of all time because it works! A supplement that costs so little but delivers such incredible results!
